Cancellation & Exchange Policy –
Whipped Dream Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your workshop.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded in cash, but the amount will be returned as store credit to your wallet in the online store, which can be used for future bookings.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your booking may be canceled without refund.
Ready-Made Product Exchange Policy:
- If a manufacturing defect or damage is found in the received product, it may be exchanged for an identical item within 3 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used or removed from its original packaging.
- Whipped Dream will cover return shipping costs only if the issue was caused by the store.

- Order cancellations after payment are not accepted except under the conditions stated above.
